- Mid-flow rate form 120 to 1400 ml/min at 0 to 10 kg/cm2 with 25W and 40W low output range.
- High-flow rate form 870 to 4300 ml/min at 0 to 10 kg/cm2 with 100W, 200W and 400W low output range.
